Garlic White Wine Salmon

Salmon has always been one of my girls’ favourite foods. It’s so versatile, easily flavoured and quick to cook; I can get them a balanced meal on the table within 30 minutes of getting home. This garlic wine salmon that I came up with a pinch is basted in delicious butter and seasoned in mounds of garlic. Prepare for the clean plates!

Ingredients

Salmon (I have no idea the size of this, we got one big piece from Costco and get 8 servings from it) ¼ cup white wine 4 tbs melted butter 7 cloves garlic (or more, because the limit does not exist) 2 tbs Adams Reserve seasoning 1 tbs dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour wine into melted butter and add garlic. Let it sit to meld the flavours but don’t let the butter harden.

Lay your salmon on a baking tray lined with foil. Squeeze a little lemon over the salmon. Pour over the butter/garlic/wine mixture. Sprinkle with dried seasonings. Slice the other half of the lemon and place over the salmon. Bake for 20 minutes (or until cooked).

When it comes out of the oven, serve it warm (I love it over grilled asparagus). Squeeze a slice of lemon overtop right before devouring. Voila! I doesn’t get better than this!
